  • Cancellation and Refund Policy
    Notice of cancellation must be received by CCAA at least 5 working days before the course commences or no refund will be made. A substitute attendee may register prior to the course commencing. Cancellations and substitutions must be advised by email or facsimile (07 3839 6005).

This policy applies to www.concrete.net.au and explains how Cement Concrete & Aggregates Australia uses personal information collected through the 'Site'. If you make an access request, CCAA will ask you to verify your identity and specify what information you require. CCAA may charge a fee to cover the costs of meeting your request.
