Victorian Legislative Update 2026

Cement Concrete & Aggregates Australia recently hosted a legislative briefing in Melbourne, delivered in partnership with MinterEllison, examining the significant regulatory and policy changes impacting the heavy construction materials sector.

The session brought together industry professionals to hear directly from MinterEllison’s Environment & Planning team on key Victorian and Commonwealth reforms, and what these developments mean for approvals, compliance and operational risk in 2026 and beyond.
