Concrete Technology Course

Overview
This course has been designed to provide experienced technical staff with detailed knowledge of concrete technology specific to the building and construction industry. Our course presenters and guest speakers are highly experienced technical staff from CCAA member companies and other industry experts, ensuring a practical, current course and a valuable knowledge sharing opportunity.

It has been developed in consultation with the industry for the industry.

Target Audience
The course is designed to meet the needs of building and construction technical professionals, concrete managers, engineers, specifiers, graduates and those pursuing a technical career in the concrete materials industry.

Learning Objective
The learning objective of this course is to provide participants with a detailed understanding of concrete practice and technology specific to the building and construction industry.

Delivery
The Concrete Technology Course is delivered face-to-face and comprises of tutorials, presentations from guest speakers, case studies, a site visit to a laboratory and a final examination.

Assessment

A series of learning checks and assessments are included in the course and a personalised certificate will be awarded upon completion.

Prerequisites
CCAA recommend prior completion of the Concrete Practice Course and/or a minimum of five (5) years relevant industry experience.
